You choose the choice of 1 pair of ER filters and color with us on site. This is included in your order. The impression and the consultation are included in the price.

We provide a 4-year warranty on filters and silicone plugs. Warranty does not cover damage caused by external damage or by use in disagreement with the instructions for use.
Fit guarantee
If the hearing protectors rub or have other fit problems, this will be fixed free of charge within 6 months of delivery.

Do I need to prepare for the impressions?
We always look in the ears before we make the mold. If there is too much wax in the ear canal, we will inform you of the measures to be taken. We recommend using Revaxör or visiting an ear doctor for wax removal.
How long does it take to cast the ears?
It goes relatively quickly approx. 20 min
When do you have time for impressions?
We offer our customers to come to us on Saturdays when we have a reception for all hearing protection.
When I have made impressions of my ears. How long do you keep them in your system?
We keep files for two years. Which means that you don't have to redo the impressions within this time when you order new molded hearing protectors.
How are the hearing protectors delivered?
When you come to us for the impressions, you choose whether you want them delivered directly to you or picked up from us here at Karlavägen 48, Stockholm.
